After download on your OS X system, these files/folder will be created CJMX43L1.hqx, Lexmark Z43.sit, and Lexmark Z43 (folder). In the Lexmark Z43 folder, double click the file "Lexmark Z43 Installer" to begin the install and follow the on-screen instructions. NOTE for OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) and greater users: During installation, AFTER YOU HAVE ADDED THE PRINTER IN PRINT CENTER.. Click the Print Center icon in the dock, then, at the top of your screen, in the menu bar beside the Apple icon, click Print Center, then click Quit Print Center and continue the installation.
