Version: Lands of Hope 4
"Gets the imagination going once again. True RPG at its best."
Pros: I love the loads of different paths that can be taken. So many weapons and armour, be it buying or building up yout skill to make your self. It is a good thinking game if you want it to be. Or you can just fight your way to fame. Both thumbs up from me. Best thing is the team is alway updating and you can make suggestions that are put to vote and may be implemented into the game. Truly a work of art and getting better each day.
Cons: Only thing is that there is a lot of information about the game that can some times be a little hard to handle at first. But if you take the beginners quests and do a little reading, things eventually fall into place and start to make more sense.
Still a very cool game.

Version: Lands of Hope 4
"Fantastic game and community"
Pros: There is just so much to do in this game. Crafting skills, quests, create your own dungeons, tame beasts, own your own shops. The sheer variety of ways you can advance is impressive. So many other games limit you to just a handful of activities, but LoH gives you a plethora to pick from.
The community here is wonderful. If you are polite, everyone is more than happy to answer any questions you may have. You won't catch someone talking down to you because you are a "newbie." We all remember those first days, ourselves, and know how nice it is to have a friendly voice help you out.
Plus, the game designer is almost always online, ready to answer questions and accept ideas from the players. How many games out there can boast that?
Cons: The game does have a steep learning curve. There are many, many screens and you need to read the manual and complete the tutorial to understand how to play. This isn't really a con, in my opinion, but it something to be aware of.

Version: Lands of Hope 4
"Great all around game for rpg without need for hack and slay"
Pros: There are tons of ways to get experience and build your character without have to kill tougher and tougher creatures. You can build your character by any number of skills. You can hack and slay if that is your desire, but you can also be a merchant, own lands, be a craftsman...
