The Game Monitor works nicely alongside LP-WebChess. It gives you an icon on your system tray and an optional floating icon that stay red when it's not your move in any of your chess games and turn green when it is. You can also configure the Game Monitor to play a sound or display a message when it's your move. When it is your move, getting to the game page is simple, as you just need to double-click on one of the icons. Right-clicking on one of them will bring up a menu containing shortcuts to the other Web pages of LP-WebChess.

If you don't already play LP-WebChess, all you have to do to begin is create an LPID. This can be done easily from the Game Monitor's settings menu. It is completely free to create an LPID and play up to ten chess games at a time (whether they are live or long-lasting games). Version 1 includes unspecified updates.

Version: LP-WebChess Game Monitor 1

"Excellent online chess game"

Pros: The actual chess game is web-based and is really easy to use. The Game Monitor makes it even easier because it tells you as soon as it's your move and takes you straight to the web page you want.
