Kruptos 2 includes a file shredding utility, and the ability to generate self-decrypting files. It is quick to download and simple to install. It is good for secure transportation of files on portable storage devices, such as portable hard drives, USB storage keys. It also maintains the original files time and date details.
Version 3.0.0.32 build 1.0.0.41 includes bug fixes and user interface tweaks.

"Why it does not support Vista?"
Pros: Very easy to use
Cons: doen't support vista
Summary: I really cannot understand why it does not support Vista. And I don?t ask about Windows 7 (this never will be happen). I don?t believe that if you install to a vista machine you will have problems but?
