Despite its limited trial period, this application presents kids with a friendly surfing environment. Kid Browser is, in essence, its own browser equipped only with friendly and educational Web pages. You can prevent any Web site from loading by defining keywords on the Manage Word Filter menu. Any attempts to access sites containing banned words results in a tiny pop-up window indicating its blocked status. This application's layout is very similar to other Internet browsers so kids will easily recognize how to navigate their way in it. Kid Browser is also password-protected, preventing any changes to your current settings and restrictions. Although you'll only get a 15-day trial, we think parents will be pleased at Kid Browser's efficacy.
