With it, you can exchange the keys on keyboard. Keystroke Converter can change one key for another, change one key for a sequence of keys, change a sequence of keys for another sequences, accomplish text input with one or a sequence of keystrokes, disable one or a sequence of keystrokes, simulate mouse with keystroke, control volume from keyboard, launch Web browser, program, file, or folder by one key press, and set the window's transparency. It's easy to customize your keyboard's arrangement and create hot keys to perform simple tasks using this software, though its restrictions are bothersome. Keystroke Converter uses a standard interface to add, delete, modify, enable, and disable converted keys. A visit to the help file eases the learning curve and the program includes helpful tool tips to assist you. Moreover, we appreciate the sample converted keystrokes that are downloaded in the program to give first-time users an idea on how to use it. The step-by-step process allows you to set a key or key sequence, replace keys, disable them, and assign keys to execute macros. Keystroke Converter lets you apply all of your converted keys to every program on your system or to specific programs. The trial version only allows four key conversions and limits you to 15 uses or seven days. Despite its restrictions, Keystroke Converter is effective and easy-to-use to customize your keyboard layout.
