From Matt Chugg :KeyFinder Thing is a simple utility to retrieve the Serial numbers or CD Keys of Microsoft software installed on your system. It includes options to export the list of found keys and a search option to find keys not included by default. New: Now supports remote registry so keys can be retrieved from workstations on a network by running the program on the server Whilst this utility is aimed at Microsoft products I have built it to be versatile so I can include other non-MS products so please feel free to email me with any requests for software titles to be included and I will do my best.

Version: Keyfinder Thing 2.5
"A perfect addition for any engineer. Small and fast."
Pros: This application is quick, small and a great tool for an engineer working in the field. I always get PC's in with no software, and it's a huge hastle. With this app, I can just run it before I start, and I can finish the installaiton of the software without massive headaches from the vendor.
Cons: Limited porduct support, but as a baseline application for retrieveal it is perfect. Great Product!

"Unbelievable! Good work!, Good Download!"
Pros: Everything worked like it said it did. Nice and easy GUI with results that you expect. Nice Job! Hats off the M. Chugg! for a tool that should be bundled with any windows O.S.Install for the typical network administrator.

Version: Keyfinder Thing 2.5
Pros: I have tons of software disks and cases, I can't always find the keys to them all. So just before a format I simply export my keys to a text file and print so I am not lost with out my keys etc. Great program, everyone should use this to backup their keys.
