it suggests it converts the FLV but you end up with 0 bytes and no error message of what went wrong.

Very fast!
Easy to use interface.
The converted files are of similar size as the original FLV and the quality is the same.
Cons
No batch conversion via GUI. However one can just write a batch file to call the command-line program for several files.
File-Open dialog does not remember the last folder used and keeps going to My Videos folder

I didn't think it did anything at first but found the file i changed in the original folder. just select your file, output type, hit convert, you get a black box, when it says hit any key hit enter. 10 min. videos took about 5 seconds to convert.

Pros
Its a nice small and simple app that does work. All the formats converted worked on the players on my PC. I did not try it to find and download movies as I have other ways of doing that. The quality is good.
Cons
The .3gp format did not work on my phone or my friends.
