Very effective, light on resources and i havent had a problem with it since i've bought it.

Summary
There is a very easyy way to not only get the newest kaspersky for free, but to make some money from it . Go to ebay and you can buy a 2 year subscription (able to work on 3 different computers) for 15 $ american. You can use one copy on your own computer and then sell the other 2 for how ever much you want, especially since it retails at 150 $. Using this process, ive gotten a 2 subscription and made 20 $ from it at the same time :).

Excellent product. Not expensive - watch for sales. Best technical support - they helped me clean malware (that gave me bad IP addresses) even before I was their customer
Cons
Everything automatic, but many option popups that the casual user doesnt need to see -- like, pre-scanning email before it moves from the server to my PC.
Summary
Great support for comprehensive coverage at fair (but not free) price. The many options presented at the onset quiet down as it settles in to meet my needs.

This product doesnt make your computer run as slow as some of the other programs and it catches even the real sneaky viruses, I love it!!!! I have no complaints at all about this program and I highly recommend! Try it out it's free for a month!!!

Doesnt catch all viruses, slow.

its a good AV but it doesnt catch alot of viruses that other AV's pickup. I stick with nod32 because its easier and catchs the most bugs and hacking tools.one kid i know infected his computer because he opened a file that had a virus on it.he sent the file to a site that uses all AV's to find a virus and the only AV that detected that file was nod32. even kaspersky didnt detect the file

ran great the first few times.....than.....started completing scans in a matter of seconds!!! something not right about that.....how can any AV scan that fast and do a proper job????
