Version: KMailer 2.1.1
Pros: There is nothing to like about this product.
Cons: The standard version is what I purchased. It did not work from the beginning. It will not properly import from data bases. I tried .csv, .xls and .txt files with limited and sporadic success. Many emails were never delivered. Functions crashed. Worst of all, there is no useful technical support. They do not answer your emails, then if you do get an answer they basically tell you to "have your IT guy look at it." In a nutshell, it just doesn't work. Save you money and most of all your time!!

"Appalling software - the worst software I have ever come across"
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Words cannot express how poor this software is. I have joined Download.com just so that I can express this opinion!
I have had nothing but continual problems with it.
When you use html campaigns it puts random spaces in your html that prevent it showing properly in programs like Gmail. (Interestingly, it doesn't do this if you go to Preview before sending, although you cannot come out of preview otherwise it will screw it up again. Upon contacting their support they told me the exact opposite).
It lies. It tells you that your campaign has been successfull when it has been nothing of the sort.
Today it won't let me logon to it, telling me I am still logged in on another pc. I am not.
The help files are useless. The FAQ doesn't deal with any possible issues (of which there are many). Although I was surprised to get an answer from their support team, it was not helpful and they did not respond to my further emails.
It doesn't even look good. The interface is lousy and old looking; I could handle that if it worked properly, but it doesn't.
It won't let me give it zero stars so I'll have to go with one, but it doesn't deserve it.
Avoid this like the plague.

"unstable and requires additional buyins to be worthwhile"
Cons: crashed repeatedly and tech supports answer was to reinstall product (over and over) Also to actually have any value you have to buy additional services for a subscriber fee

"Poor. Some functions do not work. Brezosoft will not return emails"
Pros: Basic functions (edit, send) work well. But you can get that functionality out of $39 Atomic Mailer.
Cons: For periodic slow-down feature you need the most expensive version it is not funcional in others.
Contact list import from Excel did not work at all. Brezosoft tech support gave up after several emails. Company agreed to a refund but then ceased all communication. Obviously refund never happened.
