From K-Meleon :

K-Meleon is a new browser based on Mozilla's Gecko, the high-speed Web page rendering engine. The interface borrows heavily from Internet Explorer, as does the bookmarking system. Because this is a beta version, several components are not yet implemented, including the context menu, HTTPs, history, cookies saving, mime types handling, and other advanced features.

Version 0.3 features an updated Gecko engine, plugin support for menus/toolbars, scriptable menus and shortcuts, preferences dialog, and much more.
