"Has every codec you'll ever need and more"
Pros: Fast and easy to install, you can customize just about every codec if you choose. Media player classic kicks windows media players butt. Codecs are updated often so you will be guaranteed to have working codecs for just about every application.
Cons: Doesn't auto update itself, which isn't that big of a deal, just download and install new one, no biggy.
Summary: Bottom-line is this is a great codec pack for every music and video file, including for watching dvds. Have been using for years and no problems.
