From Jetico :Jetico Personal Firewall protects your computer from unwanted hacker’s attacks from outside as well as from malicious programs living secretly inside your computer’s memory and hard drive. Three levels of protection are included: low-level network packets filtering, application-level network events filtering, and filtering of user-level process activity. Jetico Personal Firewall checks every packet that comes in or out of your computer.
Version 1.0.1.59 fixes problem with repeated pop-up messages.

Pros: Easy to set up. Easy to disable. It's Jetico who's BestCrypt I've been using for years. So far Jetico's Firewall is just as transparent when setup and easy on system resources. This will only get better!
Cons: For the price and compared to the other firewalls out there...none.

Pros: Absolutely monitors ALL activity ALL ports. I have an IMAP account and could not shake all of the spam mail, 3 days ago I received up to 63 spam in my inbox today I deleted only 4. NO other software in the past including ZoneAlarm, Armor2Net, etc...can do this GREAT a job for FREE. NO other software has been able to cite the outbound IP AND intended website of spam from my IMAP account. I love that the memory usage is low as well, Jetico does a good job monitoring all outbound/inbound ports. THANKS!
Cons: Invest 2 minutes of your life to manage settings :)

Pros: it was ok at first
Cons: Installed spyware onto my computer. Repeated attempts to uninstall the program caused my computer to freeze up and would not allow me to open up other programs. Every attempt at uninstall my computer would freeze up and I would have to shut down my computer repeatedly. Not worth the trouble, piece of crap.

Pros: Everyone says it's decent.
Cons: Jetico is terrible if you are running multiple firewalls. I run Zone Alarm and Prevx concurrently but when I tried to add Jetico to the mix it messed everything up. It sent my system into a loop, causing it to restart over and over again. For some reason after installing this I wasn't allowed into SAFE MODE, so I had no choice but to change my BIOS to startup with my Window Washer HD washing CD. I frown upon Jetico, but that's just me. If it works for you that's great.
