During installation, you have to be careful if you don't want to set JetAudio Basic as the default application for audio and video files. However, the freeware application gives you plenty of reasons to make it your only player.
The interface has a modern design that looks like an equalizer. You can customize each section of the program, from CD ripping to format conversion, to your heart's content. The program can convert files among some a number of formats, as well as read and edit MP3 tags. The built-in Cross-fader, Reverb, and Wide-sound modes provide a nice touch not found in most MP3 players. The program becomes truly unique with its clock, however, which features a timer and an alarm. We also appreciate the inclusion of a tool for seeking out song lyrics.
Our only quibble is it treats a playlist as an album but uses the artist as its primary key field, making it difficult to locate mixes. JetAudio Basic's appealing product set should attract audiophiles.

Pros: Lovely interface, very well thought out and convenient. Excellent library, with good tag-editing and search facilities. Wide range of ripping, burning and conversion utilities. Plays streams from websites.
Cons: Heavy memory footprint. Irredeemably perverse playlist handling - they must have had a contest to see how difficult they could make it. Built-in radio browser very limited compared with say Winamp or Quintessential Player. Quite a few features crippled in free version. Sound quality is just not up to Winamp or XMPlay. I'm a musician with a home studio, and I need a media player I can really trust - unfortunately, beautiful as it is to look at, JetAudio just isn't the one.

Pros: It's great for playing files fast, without having to load a heavy application like windows media player. Now that the newer version has a media center in it, I don't need any other player besides jetaudio to manage and play my music and videos.
Cons: Sound on videos always sounds odd, I use VLC for my movies anyway.

Pros: JetAudio is one of the media players we are used to. But JetAudio offers some more features to it. Like backing up your music.
The best thing of this music player is, is that you can move it to an tray icon. And while using FireFox, you can use FoxyTunes to improve the nice background listening even more.
JetAudio also has the feature JetCast, wich offers you to have your own internet radio, wich is very simple. But, its required how to put it on your website
Cons: Loads of features, wich sadly are not available in the Free Edition. But, you can play all your media files, burn them to a disk, ripping them of a disk, or listening to an internet radio, wich is important in the most media players.
For people who wants to add more feeling to their computer, check out JetAudio.
