Javelin's class lister makes finding that class in large project so easy. It also features an intuitive tool bar where one can fire off various tasks (eg., Ant) for building and running an application. Javelin has a useful import feature that allows you to import any existing Java projects into Javelin.
Version 7.0.6.4 now supports JDO and Hibernate object relational mappers to make storing sophisticated object models extremely easy.
