Version: JMessenger 4.0
"I think the J stands for junk"
Cons: Wouldn't do anything so I uninstalled it. Before installing it I checked my computer with Advance WindowCare2 for any spyware, registry problems or privacy issues. After removing Junk Messenger I check again and had the following:
1 spyware
4 registry problems
1 privacy issue
After having Advance WindowCare2 removing them and checking the probelm again they was all gone. What does that tells you. I would advise you to check your computer before and after you install any software.

"WIth JM i can say that i am the proud owner of my own private branded messenger."
Pros: I finally found JMessenger. That IS the solution. Java NIO server and Java/flash client. You can't have better. The Java server sits on the server and handles without any problem much more connection than the previous solutions. The Flash client is cool and easy for every user. With web based admin panel i can fully control my messenger and see the activities of my users. My user counts are increasing day by day. Thanks to JMessenger.
Cons: They have audio but lacking video chat. Heard that they are working on it and will launch soon.

Version: JMessenger 4.0
Pros: the pros are: it will download and will install.
Cons: The Cons: once you register to use this messenger. You go on nice little communication box that will freeze up your system to the point that Contol alt delete dont work you will be able to get control alt delete box up but forget about closing it. You will discover it has used 99% your computer's usage. Dont get it im warning you. As for viruses I dont know I havent braved the anti-virus yet. After restarting I tried to sign in it wont connect me now. Oh well shotty messenger deserves the boot out the door.

Version: JMessenger 4.0
Pros: It installs, Has java version
Cons: I had to register twice with the exact same username and email so i have two emails saying the same thing. I couldn't get the program to do anything after hitting login to another messenger it would just stay there at the login screen, but it would still make connections! This is pretty scary so it could send your Username:password out.
