    "Works! Automatic."

    April 25, 2010  |   By fartein_

    Version: IrDA Remote Control 1.5.36

    Pros

Simple and functional, - and I have tried Girder (didn't support irDA / meaningless complicated), uICE (COM-port problems), and Vectir (didn't work well)

    Cons

No/automatic destination control. Too few buttons (cannot choose), simple layout/menu.

"THE UNIQUE SOFTWARE - user IrDa, unlike looser-Girder"

    October 26, 2008  |   By premudriy

    Version: IrDA Remote Control 1.5.36

    Pros

This is absolutely unique program: developers actually made it possible to use IRDA, which according to losers-developers from Girder can't work with consumer remote control units. Plus it's free.

    Cons

I wish it would be a bit more flexible - I'd like to use KMPlayer with it, instead of WMP (which sucks by the way)

    Summary

5 STARS! Keep it up guys! You're probably the only one company on the market now that uses IRDA to receive IR signal from remote control. Was it difficult to implement it? So many other IR control software companies around the globe and no one was brave enough to make use of IrDa like you did.

P.S.: If losers from Girder would make use of IrDa, they would get so much more customers because almost every laptop has some sort of IRDA in it.

"Simple and functional. A little program that do what promise."

    September 13, 2007  |   By Andre_Krepsky

    Version: IrDA Remote Control 1.5.36

    Pros

Very easy to install and configure.

    Cons

It can't configure the destination control. So, it is apropriate only for media players.
