From IVCSoft :Internet Video Converter makes it possible to convert the popular formats videos thanks to a simple, complete and effective interface managing open source softwares. It deals with the video formats MPEG, flash video (FLV and SWF), DV, Quicktime, Windows Media Video, Avi, DivX, Xvid, H264, mobile phone, 3GP, PSP, iPod. Videos from YouTube, Dailymotion and 50 similar sites can be downloaded and converted directly.
A player to play video is integrated, as well as functions for extracting soundtrack to MP3 and video rotation for movies coming from numerical devices. The software is available as a version with installation and as a portable ZIP version without installation (see on the Author's Website). This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

Cons: Can not get it to work, like it say it will. Just a waste of time.

"I've tried others which just didn't work - this one actually did- very well!!!!"
Pros: I only tried swf/flash to wmp but that worked perfectly and very easily! It's got loads of different video extensions, i'm sure this will be invaluable to many!

Pros: Converts .flv to many different formats including .3gp for my phone.
Cons: I had a bit of trouble using it to download the videos but i just downloaded them from keepvid.com instead. But overall works gret for me.
