"Gives Lotus Notes the ability to print"
Pros: Great, professional looking reports
Cons: Technical Support needs to be fluent in whatever language is native to
their customer.

"This is very powerful software and could have many uses in our organization."
Pros: I like the ability to create reports that will run within Lotus Notes. We currently use Crystal Reports and the interface with Lotus Notes is not very good. I like the ability to embed charts and graphs in Lotus Notes which avoids exporting data to MS Excel to create charts and graphs.
Cons: The documentation is somewhat incomplete. There seem to be many features and options available that are not adequately documented.

"I did work on a few different reports and I found it to be easy to work with."
Pros: After a bit of work, I found that you can make something with a nice look that can be more precise than what you would do with tables in Notes.
Cons: The help is not user friendly enough. For example, if you want to know how to write an IIF statement, there is no example, only the function and a description.
Could not figure out where to put a formula, in the LNQuery or directly on the report.
The databases that come with the product are really nice but simple. As soon as you have something a bit more complicated, it does not help.
