Pros
It takes a bit of patience during the learning curve (for both the user and the programs ability to "learn") but has worked flawlessly for me and my family (family license). Easy to update and all the support have been great.
Cons
None to speak of, I found it well worth the effort.
Summary
This program is also part of Intego's Security Suite, which I have used for a couple of years. I like all the programs, use them, and have found they do the job quite well, in my opinion. Any issue I came across was solved and Intego support has been very good.

Did very little to filter out spam. I've been "training" it for over two months and still receive the same amount of spam as before installation. I contacted customer support and had very little help from them.

Use SpamSieve more effective, cheaper, better support, no crazy update fees.
Actually I trashed all by bought Intego products a while ago as it's far to expensive to keep them current and there are better tools out there for each of their products. -

This software is stable, after some time it will find almost all spam emails. It is easy to use nad have a nice interface.
I have most of the Intego software and i like their products. Many who leave negative feedback of this product dont recommend it beacause you have to pay. I wonder if they are spammers and dont like good antispam software, if they arent, i tell them that there is no such thing as a free lunch. -

I'm picking up on a trend that involves Mac software developers that also develop Windows versions. The pattern is that the Mac apps, be it coincidence or otherwise, more times than not, suffer dramatically in quality. Intego is a staple of this trend. I've decided against investing time in furthering the theory, but the best advice I can give is to just keep your eyes open and beware. -

Don't buy......buggy, tech support non-existant....worst of all, no upgrade path...must pay full amount when versions updated. I owned anti virus, ffirewall, chat and anti spam. Avoid all. -

Like the idea of it and it actually worked quite well on my PPC G5 however since upgrading to intel the program crashes constantly and the spam engine use up to 1 GB of ram and makes Entourage completely unusable for minutes when marking an email as spam or good. Support is very slow an after 4 weeks has not managed to isolate the problem. De-installed and re-installed several times without success.
