From FileStream :InstallConstruct is a full-featured Windows installer and packaging program designed with an expanding wizard system for distributing programs and digital content on disks, CD-ROMs, DVDs, across the network (with UNC support), and via Web installation with Internet Component Download, including Visual Basic. The current version offers Search and Update so that your package can search for and update the previous installation in a number of ways. You can also write to the registry. InstallConstruct does not require the user to have any programming background, nor does it require the user to learn any application-specific language.
InstallConstruct not only creates setup wizards and HTML-based installations, it also automatically saves each step as a package script file. These script files save you from the repetitive task of creating other similar packages or updating the existing ones manually, they also support command-line batch processing in unattended operation so they can be created automatically.
The current version offers Live Update so you can check online at any time to see if you are running the latest version and build. If you're not, the system is capable of updating your program at your request so you can support the latest OS or SP change in a timely fashion. Free language scripts for English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, and more languages are included with the program.
