Pros
I have had Incredimail for a long time and never had this problem before.
Cons
No matter what I do I can't upgrade. I keep getting error 2738. Could not access vbscript runtime for custom action.
Summary
vbscript.dll is registered in my computer and Incredimail is the only one I'm having a problem with.

it installs stuff that it doesn't disclose, you will find crap everywhere that this has installed. also it is constantly trying to sell you something or wanting you to upgrade

Lots of things to build fun e-mails. I know that I am seeing more of my friends using it since I first used it many years ago.
Cons
problems when I try to do a multiple listing of contacts. I hold down the ctrl key and click on an address then go to a second or third one, etc. but as I'm doing this the highlited names clear and the list goes back to the top of the contacts list.
Summary
I will continue to use it and many of the bells and whistles.

If they can Get the "send e-mail RIGHT" as far as I am concerned it is the Best E-mail program out there, that is when it WORK'S AS IT DID BEFORE THEY DECIDED TO MAKE IT BETTER! WRONG THING TO DO!!!! I was diong a monthly for my Classmates (1967) but can't use the GROUP LIST anymore!

I don't like them constantly asking me to buy an upgrade.

It just make things easy to use. I have choices what e-mail page I wish to send and for special events they have a variety of e-mail letters to make it a wonderful season.
