  "Fun & easy"

  Pros: I downloaded this for a friend's computer for the express purpose of circumventing msn's email service which censored what could be viewed. Worked like a dream....

  "Excellent E-mail Program"

  Pros: I have been usin this program since it first came out, and I have found it to be an excellent E-mail program, I have never had a problem with it, and I still use it.

  I have a Lifetime membership to this program, and they inform me of all the upgrades! I'm Satisfied!! Al. W.

  "Terrible customer support and refund policy"

  Pros: It is unique and clever.

  Cons: Within one hour of purchasing the "Gold" for $25.95, I realized it was the wrong package and emailed them. I wanted the "Premium" which cost $29.95. Incredimail will not let me pay the difference of $4.00 but would sell me a discount on "Premium" for $19.95. (This took six days to reply) That comes to a payment of $45.90 for a $29.95 retail purchase. Now I just want my money back but keep getting a list of lost benefits. How can they be benefits when I don't use them? Duh!
