"Does exactly what I wanted the product to do"
Cons: I am glad I found this free version of this software as I had previously downloaded the full version and paid for a license. HOWEVER, I did not receive the license I paid for, nor have I ever had replies to my e-mails via the support page (there is of course no phone #). Initially, I would have liked the license I paid for but now that I have found out that the product is actually free I would like my 38.43$ back

I believe in the concept of shareware and always pay for a license for products I like and actually use, this is the first time that I have been ripped of in this way.
