From Vixelsoft :Imaging viewing and editing software specially designed to handle document imaging for Windows XP, with the ability to read and save multi-page scanned documents in TIFF or PDF, and supports over 30 other image formats. Reading and adding Kodak Imaging are compatible annotations. Image editing tools are geared for scanned page image processing, such as mark and crop, auto crop black border or white edge, straighten page (deskew), remove noise spots (despeckle). Version 1.3.1 can be invoked from shell command with optional parameter switches to set starting style.
