From Imagelys :Imagelys Picture Styles is a graphics editor, designed to create seamless backgrounds, wallpapers, textures. It allows you to combine multiple layers with adjustable transparency, using a variety of sample textures and effects. You can create variations of a texture, create/edit masks, apply filters.
Other features include standard image editing tools, Web export, convert any image into a seamless pattern, image warping, flare effects and more. Version 4 added layers palette, advanced text render,transforming perspective support, and spherize function.

Version: Imagelys Picture Styles 4
Pros: This is one of the best Image Editors you can find around with many capabilities. Suprisingly good even for professional, work offered as free. I must say it is better than many other Image Editors that you have to pay a lot of money for. Realy superior.
Cons: But is it realy free? I have to wait for a month (untill the trial expires) to find out about it. However, you must try it.

Pros: As a professional graphic designer, I am always looking for new ways to generate textures This software is really a must have. the software is so cheap, unbelievable for that quality!!! The support is also incredible, many add-on texture generators.Believe it or not I bought this software even I am a Mac addict and install in VM Fusion, fortunately the copy/paste between OS is excellent.
Cons: Only for Windows!
