ImageConverter is a shell extension add-on to the Explorer Context menu. After it's installed, right-click a GIF, TIFF, JPEG, TGA, or BMP image to a see a thumbnail of the image and access commands that let you convert the graphic to one of the supported formats. You can also set the image as wallpaper using tile, center, fit-to-screen, and fit-to-desktop settings, or copy it to the Windows Clipboard without opening the file. ImageConverter works with one file or all the supported graphics types you have highlighted in Explorer. Version 3.0 features a new graphics engine that supports 17 graphics formats. The registered version costs $29.
