From Utility Warrior :Conversion fully controlled through the Application Programming Interface and the Dynamic Link Library can be included and used with most development environments regardless of the language used. The DLL interface is provided as a .lib file and an appropriate language specific file (eg .h for C/C++) that allows a Software Developer to include the full features of the utility in their own application. Features includes, add royalty free image to PDF conversion easily into your own application, converts PNG and JPG images, combine up to 1000 images into one PDF document, password protect output PDF document, optionally include a bookmark in the output PDF for each image, set the DPI resolution of output PDF to between 9 and 2880 DPI, set PDF permissions to restrict printing, copying and modification, set PDF meta information (author, title, subject, keywords, creator, producer, creation date), set preferred PDF viewer options.
