"Great product, great company"
Pros: Reliable and straightforward to use. Tech support swift, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Cons: no utility for converting ver 1x backups/images to the new version, so you must keep your ver1 in order to use its image files for a restore (I ranked ver1 5-stars)
