From Freeman Software :Image Composer is a tool for composing two images. Distinct from professional image software like Adobe Photoshop, this toolkit focus on precise image composing. You can move, rotate, resize the image before composing, by either mouse drag or keyboard value input. You can also adjust the opacity of the cover layer image freely. All these operations can be saved to load any time in XML file.
As shareware by Freeman Software, this Image Composer is completely free to feedback all our clients and users. The toolkit can be run on the OS after Windows 98.Features: composing of two images, support moving, rotating and resizing, support operations by either mouse drag or keyboard value input, support to adjust the opacity of composing, support to save and load the projects, and free to use all the function.

"Once I got it opened... it was in Chinese!!!"

"Great program I've used before BUT this copy in CHINESE"
Pros: image composer came on my old Front Page CD and was a versatile and easy to use image tool. now that i have upgraded (??) to Vista i was hoping to be able to get an updated version.
Cons: unfortunately, this download version is in Chinese. if it werent from cnet i would be sure i had just unzipped a virus!
Summary: Can we get a copy in ENGLISH please? this really is a great program.
