Version: Identity Finder Free Edition 3.5.2
"Does the job right, with limits.."
Pros: If you are operating correctly it will find absolutely nothing.
Cons: No reasonable cons - I'm sure folks will complain about anything that is free and limited in ability. One caveat! Do not leave this utility installed on your computer - the bad guys will simply use it to rob you of your valued critical personal ID.
Summary: I like this free version, as my clients who are set up correctly can test their configuration. If they are doing things right, it will find ZERO!

Version: Identity Finder Free Edition 3.5.2
"Nice interface; may options; seems to do what it says."
Pros: Nicely laid -out interface with many options, most of which are unavailable in this Free edition.
Quickly scanned "846 locations" (don't know if that means 846 means).
The 7 items it flagged were legitimate.Cons: As a Free edition, the options are very, very limited. Was enticing to see all that the software theoretically could have done were it a full edition.
Summary: I can see true value in such software, especially since the purchase price is quite reasonable. But boy, sure would have preferred a time-limited access to the fully-functional version rather than unlimited use of a severely crippled version. Hey,... read more >>
