From ICONIX :Tired of trying to figure out which email messages might be phishing or fraudulent spam? Iconix eMail ID lets you see what's real before you even open the message. Iconix eMail ID works with your email program and double checks the source of a message to make sure it's not a spoof. It then uses a simple visual indicator in your inbox - a gold lock with a checkmark to show that a message is real. E-mail from over 300 major senders is currently identified--companies such as eBay, PayPal, Citibank, Amazon.com, Expedia, MySpace, and the New York Times represent the top online sites for retail, travel, auctions, banking, e-cards, news/entertainment, and dating.
Version 3.15.16 added support for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 7.0 beta 2.

"Once installed, cannot remove"
Cons: I tried it out, didn't like it and when I went to remove it from my system, there is no uninstaller for it.

"very simple, shows me what is real"
Pros: i don't have to worry about fake messages from companies like paypal or citibank anymore, its easy to see what is fake or real from companies (not friends)
Cons: doesn't include everyone i get email from (but most)

"GET RID OF THE ATTATCHED EMOTION ICONS WHEN SENDING MAIL..!!!"
Pros: animation when receiving mail.
Cons: sent messages have attatched emotions icons. You can't turn it off. Not good..!!

"pretty simple to use, works with 2 of my 3 accounts"
Pros: pretty simple to use, works with 2 of my 3 email accounts. icon shows up from my bank and ebay
Cons: which it also worked with aol - website says they will soon...
