From Ong Hui Lam :Icon Maker is a DOS-based programmer's icon editor. Using a graphical, mouse-driven interface, you can create 40-by-40-pixel, 16-color icons. The program has several useful controls, such as button and shadow effects, flip and rotation tools, and color-value adjustment features. It can generate icon source code for Turbo Pascal, Turbo C, and QBasic. You can also save it as an IMK file for future use. Version 1.22b features optimized program code and some bug fixes. Version 1.22b+ adds ICO (Windows icon) support to the IMK (icon maker file) conversion utility. This download comes with ten icon files.

Version: Icon Maker 1.22b+
Cons: What I was able to download I could not make to operate. Somehow it did not install properly. The screen would indicate that the program was designed on a $1.00 budget. My next move is to remove it from my profile and watch list. Too bad I couldn't cut the rating star in half or just no star at all.

"does not make Icon format files. Dont like it."
Pros: gives you some tools to work with.
Cons: Its hard to use.Theres no copy or past features.cant import other pictuers.the window has an old fation feel to it and the menu bar is..laking.
