To calculate the SkypeOut rate, just add the destination rate for calling to to UK Vodafone (0.205) and the destination rate to call to USA (0.017). So the rate to call from USA to UK via IM+ is 0.222 per minute plus the double connection fee rate (0.078).You can save even more by using ANY landline number instead of mobile!SkypeOut tariffs to landlines and mobiles are different and in most cases calling to mobile is much more expensive than calling to landlines. You can enter any landline number (it can be the phone number of a friend you came to visit, or even a phone number of a local restaurant) in the Call Back field in IM+ and the call will be forwarded to the number you indicate. Example 3: Call from UK Vodafone phone to landline in USA with Call Back to landline. Lets say Mary is on IM+ for Skype, lives in UK and her carrier is Vodafone. So the rate to call from USA to UK via IM+ Skype is 0.034 per minute plus the double connection fee rate ( 0.078).
