From Cybration :ICUII is a simple easy-to-use Videochat program. ICUII was the first in the industry, over 10 years ago to have big beautiful 320x240 pixel fast video and the first with Video Instant Messaging. Now ICUII has added group chat lobbies and group audio to all in the lobby for a great way to have fun and meet others. 'Video On Demand' lets you pick and choose who you want to see and who gets to see you while in the chat lobby. 'Chat Snap' is a new feature that posts a thumbnail of what your webcam sees as you type text. The calling features from earlier ICUII versions are still there, along with Video Messaging. All four major instant messaging programs are accessible from ICUII. AIM, MSN, ICQ, and Yahoo all built in. ICUII Quick Messages can be sent to users that are online or offline and read at a later time.

"BEST vid/messaging program i know of"
Pros: TOOO MANY TO LIST/NAME HERE ....
Cons: A few hidden things u have to "TWEAK" within ur PC so it runs perfectly. SURE WISH OTHERS WOULD DO THESE THINGS ,.,,,,, would make it better for everyone

"I regret ever loading this program."
Pros: I can think of absolutely nothing that I liked about this program. I ran out of room in the con section, so I'll put them here instead. This program frequently froze up, and upon exiting the program, 50 or more error messages popped up.
Cons: First off, I would like to address the poor, choppy video quality. Second, whenever I attempted to type anything in the room, it was extremely delayed and would frequently not even send what I typed. Very unfriendly attitudes in the rooms as well.
Summary: The bottom line is that I'd be surprised if this program didn't cause some sort of virus on my computer. The error messages that popped up upon exiting the program caused me to use CTRL+ALT+Del, and I uninstalled the program immediately thereafter. ... read more >>

"Boring! What you see is what you get!"
Pros: the use of the cam to take snapshots of users in sending messages is great!
Cons: lots and lots of sexual predators online use caution!
Summary: save your money and join paltalk. you will have a better time there. ICU doesn't allow you to create your own room. ICU recruits those with too much time on their hands to be room monitors to make sure users follow the rules. LOL! Cyber Police

Pros: Once configured it works pretty slick
Cons: Configuring it properly, Online help lacking, can not change the size of the video coming back to you.
Summary: What bothers me most about this software is that to use it to it's fullest potential, you have to buy a license for the service. When I downloaded it, I thought it was some software you can use on other sites as well but the fact that you can't is ... read more >>
