From Cybration :ICUII is a simple easy to use Videochat program. ICUII was the first in the industry, over 10 years ago to have big beautiful 320x240 pixel fast video and the first with Video Instant Messaging. Now ICUII has added group chat lobbies and group audio to all in the lobby for a great way to have fun and meet others. 'Video On Demand' lets you pick and choose who you want to see and who gets to see you while in the chat lobby. 'Chat Snap' is a new feature that posts a thumbnail of what your webcam sees as you type text. The calling features from earlier ICUII versions are still there, along with Video Messaging. All four major instant messaging programs are accessible from ICUII. AIM, MSN, ICQ, and Yahoo all built in. ICUII Quick Messages can be sent to users that are online or offline and read at a later time.
Version 8.0 is Vista compatible.

Pros: I liked the ease of use
Cons: I just don't think it's worth the money, I can't see paying for the download then paying a monthly charge.

Pros: Thank God you don't work for an idiot like ICU-EXEC. I cannot believe he is an executive of a company. Get professional Exec or you will lose many more customers.
Cons: Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone in their Texas office. They don't even have voicemail. God forbid you should lose your registration number. Their online "form" is useless, you cannot reach anyone and they do not seem to have the technology to be able to auto-send your registration number to the email address they have on file. Glad I didn't pay for it.

"Don't go there...... Save Your Money! Taboo, WERID - Terrible customer service."
Pros: Nothing is good about this, save your $$$ they are ********! Terrible customer service, they don't even pick-up the phone!
Cons: They lost most of their customers do to there so call technology idiot's like this ICU-EXEC who get on line with you asking what are you doing? What the **** is that all about, I paid 49.00 for this!
