From Cybration :ICUII is a full-color IP-based videoconferencing system. ICUII includes a Quick Message function that can send audio, text, and/or a video image to any user on the directory, or to your Pal list. Other features include visual caller ID, a 'do not disturb' option, a buddy list, picture e-mail, user profiles with pictures, a 320x240-pixel viewing screen, content filters, and global listings, Instant Message forwarding of new and saved Instant messages. Home and office routers and intranets can use ICUII on all machines. PAL authorization that lets you decide who adds you to their pal list and lets you remove yourself from unwanted pals. ICUII has all in one instant messaging from the four most popular programs. AIM, ICQ, MSN, and, Yahoo are integrated into one system.
Version 7.7.1 has added server assisted calling to improve performance with routers and firewalls.

Version: ICUII 7.7.1
"nice c2c with poor value and still has its bugs"
Pros: Only value is the access to a wide variety of adult user created chat rooms to connect or msg other users. Plus you can send and forward stills, video clips, live video and audio. You can msg ppl offline too.
Cons: There's no shortage of alternative free video chat software and web based adult video chat services. The chat rooms actually don't have a chat board either making group chats all private chats. Meaning you have to msg ppl first or try connecting and hope to join an actual group of people chatting. You can preview profiles of users but not live video. You also have to put up with having a main window, message window, chat window, directory window and seperate windows for live video comming in. Each one needing to be minimized and restored making for a rather disorganized layout. I also found the backup feature buggy as it did back up all the files but wouldn't let me view my restored saved messages. Message failures can be common too, often I've gotten messages (that were sent while I was online) only the next time I ran the program or get failed empty messages. I won't even mention that the security problems that went unreported with old versions. Plus, there's no way to export your pictures or videos making it rather propriatary.
SERIOUS FLAW: Try connecting from one pc while your copy is running on another computer and it won't disconnect the other copy it will actually cancel your account and reduce your account to an expiered trial version. Say goodbye to your money. Any other net program where you pay for your account lets you use it on more than one computer provided you connect only one at a time. Not only that, this program with "free updates" will only let you use it for one year before it expieres on it's own. Then you need to upgrade with only a minor discount. As it stands the terms of service/user agreement is flawed. They should give more value to paying customers and actually market it as an adult c2c program to attract customers rather than milking the few they have.

"Unscrupulous Company, change licensing agreement after the fact"
Pros: I can't think of one thing!
Cons: When I purchased the software there was no mention that it would expire. I purchased the software, that was the deal. Now they want you to pay $49.95 per year? The software/service really wasn't worth $49.95 at the time, but surely it isn't worth $49.95 yearly!

"This product is FRAUDULENT! BUYER BEWARE!"
Pros: None whatsoever. I wish I could have rated this MINUS 5 stars.
Cons: The $49.95 price is only good for one year!! You must buy a new version EVERY YEAR!!!! This is BS! They DO NOT tell you this when you pay the 50 bucks. Even if they did, it is NOT WORTH $50 a year to use this buggy program. Use FREE Yahoo web-cam feature instead.

Pros: entertaining flirting with live pictures
Cons: I received a note from the owner saying that he didn't like my picture and either I could stay in the Gay portion of the ICUII or he would cancel my subscription with no money returned. He said that his finger was poised over the delete button. I reviewed my picture and it was no different than 90% of the others. There are live cams of people using drugs and having sex on this ICUII. Why he singled me out, I will never know. Anyway, I told him to "get a life" and he deleted my account. Then I recieved a series of notes from him calling me an "a**hole" a "loser" and many other insulting names.

Pros: all in the past
Cons: what once was sold as one year updates but lifetime program has been changed and to think a 10 discount would make things better good luck
