From Cybration :ICUII is a full-color IP-based videoconferencing system. ICUII includes a Quick Message function that can send audio, text, and/or a video image to any user on the directory, or to your Pal list. Other features include visual caller ID, a 'do not disturb' option, a buddy list, picture e-mail, user profiles with pictures, a 320x240-pixel viewing screen, content filters, and global listings, Instant Message forwarding of new and saved Instant messages. Home and office routers and intranets can use ICUII on all machines. PAL authorization that lets you decide who adds you to their pal list and lets you remove yourself from unwanted pals. ICUII has all in one instant messaging from the four most popular programs. AIM, ICQ, MSN, and, Yahoo are integrated into one system.
Version 7.6 has added the ability for the user to decide if their messages can be forwarded to others or not. This is an attempt to stop the abuse of video trading on unsuspecting users.

"don't know. the trial version does not work."
Pros: i would like it to work.
the trial version seems to be blocked, you cannot do anything with it!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: that the trial version i've just installed is asking me for the registration code!

Pros: Video is cool
Cons: Poor interface. Full of dead users. Admins are annoying. Server is always lagging or down. Upgrades happen to often and you can't continue with the program until you install their HUGE updates.

"kind of hard to rate a free trial when it says it expired before the program ran"
Pros: didnt have a chance to see it work. The 21 day trial expired after about 21 seconds

Pros: message forwarding (when it works) and the video messaging
Cons: bugs, bugs bugs..
unstable pal lists, crashes, directory problems and more ( not just i, everyone i know says it sucks.
and now they want you to pay for a new reg code once a year.
Forgt it.
Dont bother, Is*q is much better

"they seem to have pulled their agreement"
Pros: It was super program for conferencing, but they apparently made it a one year subscription. No longer reccommended
Cons: I dont like them changing their licence agreement after I have owned it a few years
