From Cybration :ICUII is a full-color IP-based videoconferencing system. ICUII includes a Quick Message function that can send audio, text, and/or a video image to any user on the directory, or to your Pal list. Other features include visual caller ID, a 'do not disturb' option, a buddy list, picture e-mail, user profiles with pictures, a 320x240-pixel viewing screen, content filters, and global listings, Instant Message forwarding of new and saved Instant messages. Home and office routers and intranets can use ICUII on all machines. PAL authorization that lets you decide who adds you to their pal list and lets you remove yourself from unwanted pals. ICUII has all in one instant messaging from the four most popular programs. AIM, ICQ, MSN, and, Yahoo are integrated into one system.
Version 7.5 includes a PAL List BackUp utility for all pals and saved messages. No longer are software based cams or capture software compatible. "Imposter-Stopper" prevents the use of software based cams.

"ICUII OWNERS HAVE COMMITED FRAUD IN MY OPINION"
Pros: Not much, ICUII 7.6 is old client that is skinned up to look new and is lacking features that other video clients have
Cons: When I bought ICUII years ago, the product was offered like this: "Buy it and there will be no additional charges" and "Unlimited Use" Now the owners of ICUII have reneged on their sales promise. They want users to buy the product each and every year even though that is not what the original sales contract said.
As far as I am concerned, original 3.0 users should be grandfathered in.
I would have not had a problem paying for a major client upgrade but that is not what they chose to do. So they have bad managment too!
Honestly, All ex ICUII users should boycott them. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, YOU ARE JUST PERPETUATING THE FRAUD!

"License terms consistenly change. TOS by Owner are abused."
Pros: Fun program to connect with others.
Cons: Terms of service are abused by company owner who cancels your subscription if you disagree or argue the point.

"A rip off, Used to be a lifetime purchase, now they are ending access for paid c"
Cons: Program full of bugs, slow servers, rude customer support. Sold lifetime software that they are now ending access in 2006. Have done nothing about people that that stay signed in but are never there (broadband Users)

Pros: well we liked verry much and we hope that lots people liked too, is lots off fun and we can make some freinds that may like us to have fun and to know us:)
Cons: well we dont like is when they say nouthy words nad makem fun what the perrson says ,thats not nice at all:(

"Not firewall or router friendly; requires paying every 12-mos"
Pros: ability to send messages
Cons: Could never get the program to work correctly with my wireless router/network. I bought the program with no stipulation that the license had an expiration ... after 6 years they changed thier business model, I guess, and expired my license. This program is not worth paying an annual fee .... you can use any IM application to video conference, or, eyeball chat.
