This version offers improved support for the latest versions of both Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, phone functions, message filtering, better security functions, email notification, and the ability to chat with other ICQ users who share common interests. If you already use ICQ, you'll appreciate the bevy of enhancements in this version. This maintenance upgrade also includes several bug fixes related to connection problems in the previous release.
