Version: IA eMail Server 4.2
"There is no customer service"
Pros: It does sometimes work dispite the huge amount of work it puts on you. Its conviluted, but I guess when all is said, I would recieve MOST of my email.
Cons: I registered here just to let you know what has happened. The software needs a code to unlock, which I had. I then had a crash and the software "Lost" this code. Since I lost my key, I looked up the probelm in thier FAQ and it seems to happen often enough to be there. They said send an email with all important info which I did. I also called but all their phone numbers go to voicemail automatically. It has been a month and four email have been sent and no reply other than sometimes I get an automatied reply that says they will reply shortly. This is my company's email server and it is down, FOR A MONTH. I cannot warn you enough.
