Publisher's description

From Paul Software Engineering :

Just select a location. HourWorld Lite will help you find out the time, tell you what the moon will look like, and when the sun or moon will rise or set there. HourWorld Lite can even help you determine the ideal light settings for your telescope. Version 3.1.5 preloads time zone animation information for the remainder of 2004 and fixes a bug in version 3.1.2 that caused European clocks to be 1 hour off after April 7, 2004.

Write better-quality code, reduce security-related issues, and avoid bugs later in the development lifecycle.
