"elite still has ads"

Pros
i thought the free version was good so i bought elite!
Cons
Having bought elite i am still getting ads!
Summary
Use the free version! I do not see why i am getting ads still. It actually says on the pop up menu hotspot shield elite so i know it is installed and running yet every web page i goto i get pop up banner ads from HS shield.
