The slot machine of workouts you never know what youre going to get but youre always a winner. The workouts are based on the CrossFit philosophy which incorporates a wide variety of functional movements done at high intensity. Experience select workouts developed by webleberties Kelly Starrett and Adrian Bozman of San Francisco CrossFit.
Hopper is easy to use simply shake your iPhone or pull the lever and voila, you get a work out. Youll get one of more than 100 different workouts including "Girls" and "Heros.
New work outs will be continually added.
