  "poor support from this company"

  Pros: Previous versions were useful, but overpriced. Try freeware versions such as AVI MPG RM WMV splitter / joiner.

  Cons: When I emailed them for support, I got no reply whatsoever - money down the drain. Buyer beware!

  Version: Honestech Video Editor 7

  "Easy Program to use"

  Pros: Easy to learn. Never used a video creation software program before but I was able to create a video with mp3 songs and video in a matter of minuets.

  Cons: Output video has Honestench in large font in the bottom right corner of the entire video. If you dont mind this I would say it's a good download.

  Version: Honestech Video Editor 7

  "Just Terrible!"

  Pros: Pretty straightforward interface, allows you to do basic stuff very easily.

  Cons: I had a bunch of small clips I wanted to use to make a 4-minute video to accompany a song. Nothing fancy, just tried to match the clip changes to the music. It took 4 hours!

  I could find no way to get the damn thing to refrain from playing the entire video every time I wanted to see a single change. The help is inadequate. Saving in MPEG1 took 5 minutes and it just didn't work. It takes forever to view the part you want.

  I'm sorry I ever downloaded this. No wonder they give you a year trial period. It's getting uninstalled today!
