From Naturpic Software :High Quality Photo Resizer is an easy-to-use freeware for batch resizing of digital photos. With High Quality Photo Resizer you may make high quality small photos for publication on the internet or to send to friends and family. This software offers two methods for you to choose to resize the photo - Normal and Enhanced. It's freeware but it supports many input formats: BMP, DIB, EMF, GIF, ICB, JPG, JPEG, PBM, PCD, PCX, PGM, PNG, PPM, PSD. Version 1.60 added preview function and now this software is able to remember the settings that the last time you used.

"excellent results,easy,fast!"
Pros: very easy to use and fast. The resized images are excellent only if you check "enhanced".
Under "normal" the quality is not as good and should be used only for images which are not very important.
Nice job! Thank you and waiting for new versions!
Cons: Like I mentioned above, "normal" resizing is not that good, as "enhanced".

Pros: wow!!! what a great resizer...so easy to use with lots of choice in size you want to make.normal and enhaced mode just works really great for me.no problem at all.my 10 megapixel photo size went down to 800x533 in a zip and turns out really great for a normal mode,what more in enhaced mode.and one nice thing is,it actually rename the new file itself.happy with the results...go ahead and grab this one...
Cons: none so far...

"Superb, does exactly what it says on the tin."
Pros: Very user friendly, a good range of sizes, and very high quality output, better than Paint Shop Pro. Very quick too. Absolutely perfect.
