Version: Hide IP Platinum 1.73
Pros: Im using Hide Ip Platinum 1.75 If your worried about privacy give hide Ip Platinum a try. I went to different proxy checking web sites to test Hide IP and was impressed by the results.
Cons: For added security you may want to disable Java and Active X. Even though you are behind a proxy Java and Active X can leak out your real IP information. Also if you are using KaZaA it would be nice if they added more countries that were enemies to the United States (For privacy reasons only). Proxy Serves keep logs and if forced can reveal information about you so change proxies often.

Cons: alot of the proxy's are not that good to connect too also using blocklist manager with protowall or peerguardian 2 is a must with this program dont use it without either one pg or pw

"This product gave me spyware and froze up my computer!"
Cons: I gave this product 3 separate chances....and all 3 times I had to delete it. It did nothing but give me adware/spyware, slow down my computer to the point of freezing it up and was completely useless. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Pros: It only works with Internet Explorer, which I normally don't use. But this is in fact a blessing. Whenever I need to hide my IP for some site, I start up IE, and for my normal surfing I can still use Firefox without having to log in again every time the IP changes.
Cons: Nothing major, but you get a lot of IP's in Malaysia and Mexico. I would have liked more IP's in the U.S. and Europe.
