Publisher's description of Hi ISO Noise Reduction Filter
Some digital cameras produce the digital noise on high ISO values. There can also be color noise which is perceived as random red, green, and blue pixels spoiling the color accuracy of the snapshots. High ISO Noise Reduction plug-in filter reduces color noise on digital photo follow by image shapes contours. This is a main distinction of this filter from others noise removal filters. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

Pros: Does exactly what it's supposed to do: take out the color noise.
Cons: Photoshop's own filter is much, much better.
