Version: HealthFrame Explorer 2.1.2
Pros: I have a lot of health records in Excel. With HealthFrame I can track the expense with the visits, meds, etc AND I can export to Excel - it seems you can't do that with Quicken Medical Expenses...
Cons: I'd like to see more importing and exchanging with MS Money.
