"non existant service/support"
Version: HealthEngage Diabetes 3.9.3.2a
Pros
The program looks like a dream. Wish i knew if it worked or not lol
Cons
Unable to download the program because of program glitch and service and technical support is non-existant
Summary
I purchased the program excited that here was a diabetic support software that would fulfill all of my needs. I quickly became disenchanted as i attempted to download the program. Because I had originally downloaded the trial program off the internet it would not allow me to download the CD that I have ordered. I attempted to contact tech support several times and was either not responded too at all or did not recieve a response for a week or more. The responses I did recieve were not helpful. I requested that I recieve a live call to work out the quirks but was never responded too after more than 6-7 service request I gave up.
If u see some one responding to this comment it is probably the company trying to cleanup their mess. If someone from the company wants to contact me and try to fix this problem u can try.
